Canson Art Book, "C à grain" Drawing Paper

The new Canson Art Book series combines several of the world's best-loved artist papers with a rugged, contemporary format that suits every style. All of the new Art Books have deep Prussian blue covers and cornflower-blue elastic bands, with a tear-off label so you can remove all the branding and barcodes.

The binding is double-wire, and the covers are both very heavyweight chipboard. You can flip the front around back and create a working surface for the field or the subway. There's also a pocket in the back of each Art Book, perfect for storing postcards and travel tickets.

"C à grain" is Canson's classic drawing paper, with a substantial weight and the fine, distinctive texture that gives this paper its name. This highly versatile paper can be used with any dry medium—and most wet media if used in moderation. Pencils, pastels, pen and ink, watercolor, and marker can all coexist in a "C à grain" book.
